1. Request your rental. Fill out our short rental request form or call us. Tell us the item, how long you need it, and whether you want delivery.
2. We confirm and quote. A team member calls you back to confirm availability and give you the full cost: rent, refundable deposit, and any delivery fee.
3. Pick up or get it delivered. Pick up free at either location, or we deliver. For hospital beds and patient lifts, we set up the equipment and show you how to use it safely.
4. Return it when you're done. Bring it back or schedule a pickup. We refund your deposit once the item is back in good condition.

Pricing

Rent is paid in advance, with a refundable deposit due at the start of the rental. 

Delivery and pickup

Delivery and pickup is a $75 flat fee for hospital beds and patient lifts, and a $50 flat fee for all other items, within 20 miles of our Richfield or St. Cloud location. That covers both trips. When several items go to the same address, you pay one fee per trip, never more than $75. Farther locations pay the flat fee plus $1.50 per mile past 20 miles. In-store pickup is always free.
